That page is accessible from the footer of every page on the site, or by typing "All-Star Game" into the Basketball Reference search bar.
Clicking on the link in the Year, Date or Result column on that page will take you to the box score for that year's game.
As an example, here is the box score for the first NBA All-Star Game in 1951:
In recent years the NBA All-Star weekend has featured multiple games, and box scores for each of these games are linked to in the list of games.
WNBA All-Star Games can similarly be found in the site footer, or by typing in WNBA All-Star Game in the search bar.
NBA All-Star Game Voting tallies are available back to 1975, are are linked in the menu on the left hand side of the main All-Star Game page.
Also available in the menu on the NBA All-Star Game page are various NBA All-Star Game leaderboards: single game and career leaders, Contest Winners (like the Slam Dunk contest and Three-Point Shootout), all-time player stats for the NBA and ABA All-Star Games and box scores for the NBA Rising Stars and Legends Games.
All-Star Information on Player Pages
To see if a player was on an NBA, ABA or WNBA All-Star roster in a given season, you can look in the Awards column on tables on their player page. An "AS" link indicates they were an All-Star that season, and clicking on the link will take you to the All-Star Game for that year. Here's an example from Julius Erving's page:
Additionally, the Appearances on Leaderboards, Awards, and Honors section on player pages lists each year that the player was an All-Star.
The number of times the player was an All-Star is listed at the very top of their player page.

All-Star Indexes for Teams
On NBA, ABA or WNBA franchise history pages, a list of every player who represented the team at the All-Star Game can be found in the Honors section of the menu.
Note that players are listed with the team they were playing for at the time of the All-Star Game. For example, Kevin Durant started the 2022-23 season on the Brooklyn Nets and was named an All-Star. By the time the game took place, he had been traded to the Phoenix Suns. Durant is therefore listed on the Suns' list of All-Stars.
