Pitch Count Data Coverage
Pitch Count data on the site is essentially complete back to 1998, and then mostly complete back to 1988. Prior to 1988 very little pitch count data exists. Full details on pitch count data coverage can be found on our Data Coverage page:

box scores, pitch counts and related data (such as swinging strikes and strikes looking) can be found in the stat lines for each pitcher:
Pitch Data in Game Logs
This data is also listed in the game logs for both players and teams. As examples, here are links to Tyler Glasnow and the Los Angeles Dodgers' pitching game logs in 2025.

Detailed Pitch Data
The Pitch Summary -- Pitching table on each pitcher's Advanced Stat page has data for pitches per plate appearance, strike percentage, first pitch strike percentage, 3-0 strikes, and many more stats related to pitches. Here is Yu Darvish's page as an example:
